How we work

  1. 01Plan

Joint risk review, safety and emergency plans, agreed hold points.

  2. 02Mobilise

Contractor documents approved, inductions completed, emergency contacts and shift cover in place.

  3. 03Control daily

Patrols, permits, inspections and job orders on every shift.

  4. 04Close out

Final inspection, findings closed, records archived, lessons shared.

Schedule pressure never overrides a life-safety hold.

On the ground in districts and venues

  • Inspectors cover every working shift, including nights, under an HSE lead and shift supervisors.
  • Zone patrols raise job orders with a time-, date- and location-stamped photo, assigned to the responsible contractor.
  • Every active contractor is evaluated daily against the same controls: PPE, fire, electrical, work at height, housekeeping, permits, welfare and supervision.
  • Each inspector receives weekly one-to-one coaching on closure speed and report quality.
  • Shift attendance is checked in and out on site.

Inspections & permits to work

Permits to work for:

Work at height & scaffoldingHot workElectrical isolation (lock-out tag-out)ExcavationConfined spacesLiftingChemicals & painting
  • One permit covers one activity, one location and one shift, and is closed when the work ends.
  • Contractor documents must be approved before work starts; submission alone is not enough.
  • A daily checklist covers signage, PPE, access, fire, electrical, work at height, hot work, chemicals, lifting, welfare and heat stress.
  • Unsafe work is stopped, and a non-conformance is raised and tracked to closure.

Emergency readiness & Civil Defense

  • A clear alarm chain: raise the alarm, log and dispatch, activate building systems, clear routes and meet emergency services, then decide to evacuate, shelter or reopen.
  • Before opening, we check in person: alarm, public address, emergency lighting, extinguishers, hose reels, first aid, defibrillator and ambulance route.
  • Drills and briefings are recorded; gaps are fixed and re-tested.
  • Civil Defense readiness: a joint walk-through, a numbered snag list, corrective works with evidence, a technical file prepared for submission, and a final readiness walk before opening.

Official Civil Defense certificates are issued through accredited engineering offices. We prepare the site and the file.

Reporting & KPIs

Every shift

A shift report with urgent items and handover notes, approved in two stages.

Every week

A weekly site report on a fixed cut-off, compared with the previous week: findings and closure rate, open findings by risk and age, contractor evaluation trend, document approval rate and active-shift coverage, with a photo register of every open finding.

Coordination

A weekly coordination meeting with an action register.

Events

For events: a daily log, phase-readiness and close-out reports, and a final HSE report.

Closure is verified: a finding marked closed is checked again on re-inspection.
